Kevin B. Faga, Senior Partner

Since 1994, Kevin B. Faga has represented clients in the areas of:

He is admitted to the Bar of the State of New York, and the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. He is also legal advisor to the New York State Federation of Taxi Drivers.

Kevin graduated from New York University Stern School of Business with a Bachelor of Science and Pace University School of Law with a Juris Doctor degree.

Joseph J. Savino, Partner

Joseph "J" Savino practices in numerous areas of the law. In 1996, Joseph worked for the Bronx Torts division of the Corporation Counsel and in 1998, he joined the New York State Senate as counsel and deputy chief of staff to then senior State Senator Guy J. Velella.

Since 2000, Joseph has served on the Bronx Republican Law Committee. In 2003, Joseph was elected District Leader in the 80th Assembly District. In 2004, Joseph was tapped by the chairman of the Bronx Republican Party to serve as Bronx Republican Commissioner for the New York City Board of Elections. His commitment and dedication to his community and his ability to build coalitions drives his community service.

In 2005, Joseph was elected Chairman of the Bronx County Republican Committee.  He is presently the Senior Chairman for the five counties of the City of New York.  In 2008, he was elected 2nd Vice Chairman of the New York State Republican Party.

Joseph is a distinguished past president and current member of the Morris Park Kiwanis. He is the recording secretary and counsel for the Bronx Columbus Day Parades Committee, a long-standing member of the Throggs Neck Volunteer Ambulance Corps Board of Directors, and now serves on the TNVAC Advisory Board.

Joseph also serves as an honorary member of the Bronx Fire Patrol, and has been honored by numerous community organizations including the Morris Park Community Association, Van Nest and Bronxchester Little Leagues, and Kiwanis International.

He earned his Bachelor of Arts from Iona College and his Juris Doctor from City University of New York.

James L. Hyer, Of Counsel

Since 2006, James L. Hyer has served clients in the areas of:

James is currently an adjunct professor at Ramapo College of New Jersey where he has taught courses in political science and public policy.

Prior to practicing law, James coordinated a fair housing project for a not-for-profit in collaboration with the Civil Rights Bureau of the New York Attorney General's Office geared toward investigating, locating, and prosecuting fair housing discrimination.

In this position James was successful in assisting in the identification of numerous real estate agencies engaged in pattern and practice housing discrimination. James worked as the Director of Constituent Services for Congressman Benjamin A. Gilman. James has published scholarly articles on policy and land use.

James is actively involved in community service in the State of New York and is the chairman of the board of directors of the Town of Ramapo Youth Court. He has been recognized for his community service to many organizations including the Boy Scouts of America, American Legion, Rockland County Crime Prevention Bureau, Town of Ramapo Auxiliary Police Department, TOUCH of Rockland, and others.

James graduated from Ramapo College of New Jersey with a B.A. in Political Science and Public Policy and Pace University School of Law with a J.D. and Environmental Law Certificate.
